Ad hoc networks enable collaboration between various devices in the absence of installed networking infrastructure. These networks rely on auto configuration in most of the system's building blocks that interact during networking: network setup, address allocation, routing, etc. Although heavily advocated, auto configuration for wireless devices is still not easy to install and use. The goal of this project is to generate easy to install and use packages for ad hoc network auto configuration tasks.

With ease of use and minimal system changes in mind, we provide four small software packages that can be installed to provide ad hoc network auto configuration for Linux and/or Windows XP.
